From OTC Wiki

Introduction[edit]

FuelPositive Corporation (OTC: NHHHF, TSXV: NHHH) is a Canada-based technology company that provides clean energy solutions. The company is committed to providing commercially viable and sustainable cradle-to-cradle clean energy solutions, like carbon-free ammonia (NH3), for use across a wide range of industries and applications. It also acquires, through licensing and/or purchase, quality assets for other sustainable energy storage and fuel technologies. Its lead product, the green ammonia system takes air, water, and sustainable electricity and synthesizes it into pure, anhydrous ammonia for multiple applications, including fertilizer for farming, fuel for grain drying and internal combustion engines, and a solution for grid storage. The system is tailored to instantly produce green ammonia, eliminate wildly varying supply chains, and provide end-user energy and supply security.[1] FuelPositive Corp. was founded in 2000 by Ian Clifford. It was initially known as EEStor Corporation before changing its name to FuelPositive Corporation in February 2021. The company’s stock is publicly traded on OTCQB under the ‘NHHHF’ ticker symbol. The firm is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.[2]

Business Description[edit]

FuelPositive is a developer and growth-stage manufacturer of a growing portfolio of energy storage and fossil fuel replacement technologies. The firm holds significant technology rights to solid-state capacitors and related energy storage technologies currently under further advancements with strategic third parties. It also owns rights to certain proprietary hydrogen and ammonia technologies being developed and patented. The company focuses on manufacturing, joint venture, and licensing opportunities for its technologies across a wide spectrum of industries and applications.[3]

Its operations recognize the fact that the world requires a decentralized source of sustainable, clean energy and fertilizer to minimize carbon emissions. FuelPositive heavily invests in clean, economical, and leveraged advanced technologies in production to change negative climate shifts via immediate practical solutions. The company’s modular and scalable on-site containerized Green Ammonia production system aims to revolutionize clean energy through patent-pending technology. The system takes air, water, and a sustainable electricity source to produce Green Anhydrous Ammonia with zero carbon emissions.

The centralized, Green Ammonia production system will:

  • Eliminate the carbon emissions in the agriculture sector, associated with the production of ammonia fertilizers
  • Ultimately, replace fossil fuels used in internal combustion engines in the agriculture, transportation, and other sectors
  • Provide an affordable, convenient, sustainable supply of fuel for fuel cells
  • Offer much-needed storage of excess electricity for energy grids to enable the shift to a hydrogen economy and reduce the need for the current massive, highly polluting ammonia infrastructure and supply chain

Batch manufacturing is anticipated as soon as initial orders begin to flow. The firm is planning to begin serial, assembly-line manufacturing in late 2023.[4]
