Clean Seas[edit]

Clean-Seas, a subsidiary fully owned by Clean Vision Corporation, is dedicated to the advancement of financially viable plastic recycling technologies. Its primary objectives include enhancing the economic conditions of local host economies, curbing plastic waste in the Earth's oceans, and generating significant returns for its investors.[2] A $15 million bridge loan for its ongoing clean energy project in Quincy, West Virginia was obtained in November, 2024. The loan is supported by a guarantee from the West Virginia Economic Development Authority.[3]

Clean-Seas has a long-term lease for its first Plastic Conversion Network (PCN) facility in the United States, located in Belle, West Virginia. The 62,000-square-foot facility, leased from Quincy Coal Company, sits on a 9-acre site with access to various transportation options. Litigation[edit]

Clean Vision reached a settlement between the company, Daniel Bates, and Christopher Percy. This settlement resolves a lawsuit that Clean Vision had filed against Mr. Percy in September 2022. Subsequently, the case was transferred to the United States District Court, District of Nevada (2:22-cv-01862-ART-NJK), and Mr. Percy counterclaimed against Clean Vision while bringing third-party claims against Mr. Bates. It's important to note that none of the parties involved admitted to any fault or liability as part of this amicable resolution. The parties involved understand that it is in the best interest of everyone, including Clean Vision's shareholders, to avoid the expenses and uncertainties associated with litigation. By reaching this settlement, Clean Vision expresses its gratitude to Mr. Percy for his previous contributions to the company. Likewise, Mr. Percy hopes that Clean Vision can successfully achieve its objective of utilizing technologies to enhance our planet.[5]
