An SEC filing in June, 2022 discloses the offering and sale of unregistered securities in the amount of $100,000.[6]
In a tweet dated May 20, 2022 the company announced that they expect to change the name and ticker symbol of the company, and then create a new website and new branding. The tweet notes that the current website is very generic.[7] As of April, 2023 the twitter account no longer exists.[8]
A tweet on May 19, 2022 mentioned that a symbol, name change and reverse split were dependent on FINRA (requested information has been sent by the company). Status is pink current.[9] A name change to Fuss Brands was made in August 2022 and the company intends to pursue a new line of business.[10]

As of April, 2023, the website is no longer active and states that it moved to www.fussbrands.com along with a link to this site. It is not clear if there is a connection between China Botanic and Fuss Brands.
The website, as of May 20, 2022, is one page with the message: "China Botanic Pharmaceutical Inc. does not have significant operations. Previously, it engaged in the research, development, manufacture, and distribution of botanical products, bio-pharmaceutical products, and traditional Chinese medicines in the People’s Republic of China. The company was formerly known as Renhuang Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and changed its name to China Botanic Pharmaceutical Inc. in November 2010. China Botanic Pharmaceutical Inc. was incorporated in 1988 and is based in New York, New York."[11]
