Restructuring[edit]
In 2024 the company requested and received a court order in British Columbia allowing it to restructure its operations. They also announced an expected filing for reorganization in the United States.[5] Shortly afterwards, an agreement was made with Wells Fargo Capital Finance Corporation for debtor-in-possession financing, which enabled the company to continue business operations.[6]
