Viper Networks, Inc. (OTC: VPER) is a Nevada corporation that engages in the manufacture and distribution of LED lighting products. The company, in partnership with Apollo Metro, produces highly efficient LED lighting to provide superior turnkey LED lighting solutions for metropolitan areas, parking lots, and warehousing facilities. The company provides CyberGrab; Vnet, a communication application; Viper unified communications platform for carriers and providers; VRoom; parking lot lighting systems; and solar power and telecom systems. It further provides intelligent lighting solutions with a camera, sensor, and wireless technologies.[1] Apollo Metro combines LED Lighting, Wireless MESH, Sensors, Infrared, and Video into a single design to provide solutions that can efficiently be applied to existing infrastructure through streamlined system integration for a full selection of intelligent LED lighting solutions worldwide. Viper Networks also provides telecommunication engineering solutions including planning, network expansion, and managed services to telecommunication service providers of various telecom networks in the U.S., Middle East, and Northern Africa. The company is based in Troy, Michigan. Its common shares are publicly traded on OTC markets under the VPER symbol.[2]

The company focuses on the provision of telecommunication and network engineering in numerous fields including Smart Street Lights and Smart Poles technology, Renewable Energy, Solar Power generation, IoT sensors integration through the implementations of Smart Cities solutions, Smart Grid technology, incorporating wireless communication, mobile networks, broadband technology, Wi-Fi and other technologies. Viper is a manufacturer and distributor of highly effective LED lighting products. The company has launched the novel Smart City Project with Apollo Smart Lights that offer a multitude of unique features including powerful intelligent streetlights and a wireless communications network. The project will enable municipalities to control and adjust street lighting while enabling them to monitor the streets, enhance security, and manage traffic, all while cutting costs, reducing environmental footprint, and unlocking revenue opportunities. The Apollo Smart Pole (the product) performs numerous functions during the action. These include Intelligent LED lighting, concealed high-resolution cameras, air and weather monitoring, car and pedestrian counting sensors, electric vehicle charging stations, digital advertising panels, and digital street signs, among others.[3]

Has an IP 67 rating, functions under extreme ambient conditions, and meets the stiffest safety conditions. Corporate History[edit]
Viper Networks was initially incorporated under the laws of the State of Utah on February 28, 1983, as Tinglefoot Mining, Inc. The company’s name was revised to Baja Pacific International, Inc. on February 26, 1996. It was further changed on October 7, 1998, to Taig Ventures, Inc. On September 14, 2000, the firm’s name was changed to Viper Networks, Inc. The Company relocated to the State of Nevada in May 2005, where it maintains an active registration in good standing.[3]
Partnerships, Mergers and Acquisitions[edit]
Hammer Fiber Optics[edit]
Viper entered into an agreement to acquire Endstream Communications and 1stPoint Communications from Hammer Technology Holdings in exchange for common stock.[5] The deal required regulatory approval and the necessary applications were submitted.[6] The acquisition was completed in November, 2024. 1stPoint Communications holds a CMRS license and multiple CLEC licenses in the U.S., deriving most of its revenue from messaging, hosted voice, carrier services, and web hosting, with additional income from fixed wireless services. Endstream Communications operates as a wholesale voice provider, generating the majority of its revenue through domestic U.S. operations and maintaining extensive VOIP interconnections with customers and suppliers.[7]
EarthWind, LLC.[edit]
On August 31, 2022, the company announced it had entered into a JV agreement and future U.S. manufacturing agreement with EarthWind, LLC., a Florida-based engineering and renewable energy systems designer and manufacturer; Gr8 Seas Holdings, Inc., an Illinois-based renewable and green energy development company, and SC General Turbo SA, a Bucharest based company. The deal would allow Viper and its strategic partners to develop key renewable energy solutions ranging from 1KW to GW of combined technologies for wind turbines, solar fields, and magnetic generation drives.[8]
EcoTech[edit]
Viper officially announced that it had completed the acquisition of 100% of EcoTech Solutions, Inc. of Sheridan, Illinois with the issuance of restricted preferred shares on February 24, 2022. The acquisition deal cost Viper $1.7 Million U.S. The acquisition meant Viper was reducing overall component and production costs, while substantially increasing its product portfolio. Mr. Farid Shouekani, Viper Network’s president stated that EchoTech was the company’s initial initiative toward expanding its technologies and product line. EchoTech in both Surface-Mount-Technology (SMT) printed circuit boards and legacy through-hole manufacturing.[9]
Significant Events[edit]
On September 22, 2022, Viper announced that it had started receiving solar panel shipments from Toledo Solar to begin distribution for both commercial and residential customers across the U.S. market. Viper closed a strategic U.S. manufacturing and partnership agreement with Toledo Solar, Inc. to aid Toledo’s expansion into the American-made solar energy market.[10]
In 2022 the company officially made public its decision to enter the cryptocurrency space, starting its cryptocurrency mining and development of state-of-the-art technologies. The move aimed to exclusively minimize the cost of mining operations, as part of its prior acquisition of EcoTech Solutions, Inc. The company’s mining operation would use top Graphical Processing Units (GPUs) available to produce the best hash rates required for high profitability and return on investment.[11]
