BCD Fire is an established systems integrator and installer of fire, access, and safety equipment across the Middle East. It delivers turnkey projects incorporating design, specification, installation, support, and maintenance for small single-site operations and large multinational consumers. Bull Head Products specializes in manufacturing aluminum vehicle beds and vehicle conversion for various sectors in the U.S., including response fire and rescue and wildland firefighting.[5]

ILUS announced its incorporation of Hyperion Defense Solutions, a defense subsidiary, on February 13, 2023. ILUS created the subsidiary to roll out expansion and growth strategies in the defense sector alongside Chris Derbyshire and Tim Grey, two experienced and esteemed British military veterans. Hyperion’s long-term plans incorporate; the acquisition of advanced technology companies that offer vital products that protect warfighters and communities in which they operate, formulation of strategic partnerships targeting both governments and global organizations for participation in several mega projects, and acquisition of rights for intellectual property for high-value technologies in the defense sector.
