The company has various group companies under their business portfolio that consists of SR Wholesale, Radix Motion, Red Light Farms, Happy Caps Mushroom Farm, Arcadian Exotic Mushrooms, and Scarlette Lillie Science and Innovation. The leadership and management team at Red Light Holland Corp is highly experienced with expertise in their respective domains. On October 5 2022, Red Light Holland Corp announced the acquisition of MiniChamp B.V. (a home grow mushroom farm) through its subsidiary RLH Netherlands B.V. MiniChamps is already a profitable business servicing consumers across 20+ European countries. The idea behind this acquisition is similar to the vision of Red Light Holland Corp that everyone can grow their mushrooms at home. The addition of MiniChamps opens a new revenue stream for Red Light Holland Corp along with strengthening its brand presence in the market. [4]

On July 26 2022, Red Light Holland Corp announced the acquisition of two of the Netherlands' premiere retail shops selling psilocybin truffles, CBD products, cannabis seeds and other wellness items: SmartShop OSS and SmartShop Utrecht. Red Light Holland’s CEO and director Todd Shapiro commented on the acquisition: “We will be fully vertically integrated in the Netherlands, from substrate to sale, and that's exciting as we look to increase sales around psychedelics responsibly.” [5]
